Return & Refund Policy – Divyam Collections

At Divyam Collections, we take great pride in offering carefully curated South Indian sarees with the finest quality and craftsmanship. To ensure fairness and transparency, we request our customers to kindly read the following policy before making a purchase.


No Returns & No Cash on Delivery

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, or any other personal preferences.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders are processed on a prepaid basis only.

Damaged Product Policy

We make every effort to ship products in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund only if all the conditions below are met:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the package before opening and showing the complete product clearly in one single shot without any pauses or edits.
  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
  • The video must be shared with our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • After verification, we will either:
  • Send a replacement saree (if available), or
  • Issue a refund for the damaged item.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or weaving patterns may occur due to photography lighting or screen resolution. These are not considered defects.
  • Customized or altered products (such as sarees with fall/pico/blouse stitching) are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
